About the role
We’re seeking an HR Coverage/Content Divisions Manager to own communications for Global Centers, fostering engagement, visibility, and alignment across various locations while addressing site-specific needs. Reporting to the Corporate Communications department, this role crafts and develops messages and programs for the firm’s employees, Financial Advisors, and Field Management.
Responsibilities
- Take accountability for completing assigned deliverables.
- Manage projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to discussions, actions, and projects leading to shared responsibility and success.
- Drive the delivery of projects independently.
- Partner with Global Centers leadership on engagement, visibility, and priorities.
- Coordinate with regional and central teams to ensure alignment, quality, and consistent standards.
- Support major initiatives, visits, and high-impact moments with strong planning and execution.
- Coordinate translation needs as required.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of business lines and growing understanding of the firm and competitive environment.
- Advanced understanding of the discipline and some understanding of other disciplines.
- Proven ability to multi-task and deliver with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism with experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, making informed decisions in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise working across groups, coordinating multiple sites, leaders, and partners.
- Preferred: HR subject-matter expertise (or strong HR partnership experience).
- Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in HR and/or employee communications or site/location communications, with experience supporting audiences across geographies.
- Strong planning, editorial judgment, and ability to scale communications across locations.
- Comfort navigating competing priorities and moving work forward.
- A “do it right, do it simple, tech-enabled” mindset.
