About the role

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in enabling an efficient, scalable, and high-impact HR Business Partner operating model. This role partners closely with HRBPs, People Operations, Employee Relations, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support core HR processes, maintain accurate employee data, and help execute key talent and workforce initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support HRBPs with talent review, succession planning, engagement survey follow-up activities, and leadership meeting preparation
  • Audit and validate HR data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity across systems
  • Process and support HR system transactions, organizational updates, and position management activities
  • Support HRBPs in preparing compensation-related materials and documentation, including promotion and market adjustment letters
  • Assist with year-end processes, including talent calibration coordination, reporting support, and meeting logistics
  • Help validate compensation and workforce planning information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support documentation organization and tracking related to performance management and employee relations processes
  • Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, HR administration, or related support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems such as Workday preferred
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, improve processes, and support operational efficiency
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced HR environment
  • Interest in building a long-term career within Human Resources
  • Experience working in a matrixed or fast-paced corporate environment

Pay

National Target Base Pay Range: $46,000 - $76,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $52,000 - $85,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite at a Company-designated location and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and move throughout the office as needed.
