About the role
Maintains applicant flow data for Affirmative Action (AA) / Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) purposes.
Conducts new hire orientations to ensure all required forms are completed (e.g., W-4, state tax forms, Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) I-9 forms, etc.) and forward or file as needed.
Maintains all personnel records. Ensures original records are forwarded filed as needed.
Verifies payroll information and communicates changes.
Maintains accurate record of employees' time, including sick/vacation days and personal holidays.

SUBSTITUTES FOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS PROJECTS
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assists with recruitment process
- May prepare position requisitions
- May coordinate employment advertising
- May conduct employment background checks

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Experience: 6-12 months human resources or related area
Qualifications
Compensation: $20-$25 DOE
