Job Summary

Supports human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Assists in the deployment of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees and may help determine the appropriate resolution to common Human Resources inquiries.

  • Manages new hire orientations, employment contracts, relocations, and immigration documentation with precision

Increase Operational Transparency

  • Conducts regular data-entry audits
  • Supports internal audit requests

Accelerate HR Service Delivery

  • Coordinates business process activities
  • Ensures timelines are met and quality standards are upheld

Strengthen Employee Experience

  • Partners with shared services and corporate HR to deliver consistent compensation and benefits administration

Education, Licenses, Certifications
