Bilingual HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries and direct complex matters where appropriate
  • Provide administrative assistance to employees
  • Completes employment eligibility documentation, including I-9's and E-Verify in a timely manner
  • Manage onboarding processes, including coordination of first day details, orientation and other employee experience activities
  • Maintain HR personnel files
  • Manage ordering supplies for the department to include business card and name tag ordering process
  • Manage Employment Verifications
  • Aid with Annual Benefits Enrollment when needed
  • Support recruitment in job fair sign-ups when needed
  • Aid with employee activities
  • Prepare HR presentation materials and employee documents
  • Document standard operating procedures for internal HR processes
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Maintain compliance with local, state and federal reporting requirements
  • Provide general HR support for the employee community
  • Serve as back up for a broad range of HR processes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

    • Three years of related work experience preferred, or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to perform the role.

    • Qualifications

      • A “disabled veteran” is one of the following:
        • a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs;
