HR Coordinator - Bilingual

About the role

As the Bilingual IC Recruiting Coordinator you will help oversee the program to recruit and onboard independent contractors for all janitorial and other services at City Wide. This person will be responsible for prospecting via phone calls and email campaigns to find independent contractors that meet project scope requirements for both janitorial and other services.

Responsibilities

• Hire sufficient independent contractors to service City Wide's janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts, set by the franchise location and on a monthly basis.
• Manage all IC recruiting activities—online postings, email advertising, direct mail advertising, and social media activities—to ensure a consistent flow of new independent contractor candidates.
• Conduct the initial vetting/screening of all prospective independent contractors in a virtual setting.
• Enter and maintain independent contractors' records in CRM.
• Set up the Operations team with potential independent contractors to ensure they meet the requirements and qualifications for scope of work at City Wide.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Prior recruiting or similar experience highly desired.
• A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Proficient with using social media to promote/recruit new business or independent contractors.
