Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Serves as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries from Team Members, providing timely and accurate information.
- Coordinates meetings, employee engagement activities, and events.
- Supports performance review and employee development processes by tracking deadlines and organizing documentation.
- Helps process HR-related documents such as employment verifications, status changes, and terminations.
- Maintains HRIS data integrity and runs standard reports as needed to support various departments.
- Provides administrative support to HR Team Members as needed.
- Coordinates company and department recognition programs, including creating and publishing SharePoint and electronic communication board posts.
- Assists with HR projects and initiatives, including the preparation of all reporting.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Assists with recruitment and onboarding processes, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing new hire documentation.
- Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

- Demonstrates commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule while maintaining a consistent presence in the workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources support, coordinator, or related administrative role.
- Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating HRIS platforms and business systems; Dayforce experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting tools).
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, compliance requirements, HR metrics, and data privacy standards preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Bilingual Spanish skills is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate through email, chat, and phone.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
- Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment.
- Proven ability to achieve results independently and collaboratively by fostering teamwork and cooperation.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings, as business needs require.

Pay
Compensation Range: $25 - $27 per hour. Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location.
