Overview
Turnberry Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the onboarding and employee experience for our consulting workforce.
Responsibilities

- Overview: Support the onboarding and employee experience for consulting workforce.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees, including required documentation, accurate HRIS setup, orientation, and follow-up
- Complete onboarding tasks for both Turnberry and client requirements, including updates in HR and business systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Salesforce, and other internal tools
- Manage background verification processes in alignment with company and client requirements
- Deliver engaging onboarding presentations and clearly explain benefits, compensation, employment models, policies, and company expectations
- Serve as a first point of contact for new hires with questions about onboarding, benefits, employment status, HR systems, and HR processes
- Partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and other corporate leaders to ensure seamless onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure employment-related tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and document HR processes and workstreams
- Support the administration of HR programs, processes, and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with onboarding, employment, and client requirements by ensuring documentation, system updates, and follow-up tasks are completed accurately and consistently
- Support HR leadership in critical projects and administrative functions across the organization
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting operations, onboarding, project coordination, or a related field preferred
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain detailed HR, benefits, and employment information in a clear, professional way; Comfortable presenting to groups and answering employee questions accurately and professionally; Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Salesforce, HRIS platforms, or similar HR/CRM systems preferred; Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through and ability to manage multiple deadlines; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple priorities; Customer-service mindset with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 or the hourly equivalent.
