Responsibilities
- Aid in job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare new hire documentation and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records for all recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Process employee documentation, including new hires, terminations, and status changes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support employee recognition and boost engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries from employees.
- Assist in coordinating performance evaluations and other HR programs.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, training, and staff engagement activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- One to three years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit organizations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and payroll software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws is a plus.

Pay
