Responsibilities
- Covers onboarding for candidates who receive job offers from Talent Acquisition.
- Ensures all onboarding steps and system processes are completed, communicates progress to stakeholders, resolves issues in collaboration with Compliance, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition, and schedules orientation.
- Completes payroll processing and addresses payroll-related inquiries and corrections.
- Ensures timely and accurate resolution of issues raised by the payroll processor.
- Manages the leave of absence process by working with internal resources and third-party vendor MetLife.
- Ensures employees receive clear communication and support throughout their leave.
- Facilitates benefit enrollment for employees using internal systems and external vendors for medical, dental, vision, and other benefit programs.
- Processes employee status changes and maintains accurate records by compiling and validating data from internal systems and third-party sources to support HR operations and maintain data integrity.
- Affords assistance in monitoring and tracking fleet/pool drivers for the purpose of ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Years of Experience: 2 or more years of human resources or customer service experience required.
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
