Position Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire administration through the online Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including conducting interviews, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation
- Aid in recruiting talent by maintaining the online application system, scheduling interviews, and managing job files for both open and closed positions
- Maintain employee, job requisition, I-9, worker’s compensation, and other HR files, and provide support for employee questions related to payroll, time and attendance
- Support benefits programs (such as life, health, vision, dental) and leave of absences, utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS), and assist HR staff with special projects
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0 to 1 plus years of general experience
Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
Skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
