Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in preparing strategic HR planning materials, including PowerPoint presentations, reports, and data summaries for leadership and HQ.
  • Aid in workforce planning, organizational updates, and HR project tracking.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain HR data used for planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Cook up timelines and materials related to annual HR cycles (e.g., goal setting, performance reviews, compensation planning).
  • Provide administrative support for employee training and development programs.
  • Cook up training schedules, participant lists, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Support onboarding and internal training logistics in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain training records and documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including document management, employee records, and HRIS updates.
  • Support policy administration and assist with updating HR policies, guidelines, and employee communications.
  • Aid in ensuring HR processes comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues to the HR Manager as appropriate.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and summaries for the HR Manager.
  • Track action items and follow-ups from HR meetings and initiatives.
  • Cook up with internal teams (Finance, Payroll, Operations) on HR-related administrative matters.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance-related documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Potential for supporting HR planning or strategic HR projects.
  • Experience coordinating training or development programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Experience working in a growing or fast-paced organization.
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus.

Pay

The base salary for this position is between $24-33 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
