Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing domestic violence.
• Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and services.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop safety plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
