1. About Our Client:This organization operates within the human resources services sector, addressing challenges related to employee relations and HR administration. About the Opportunity:The HR Coordinator role is central to maintaining effective employee relations and HR processes. This position manages initial HR inquiries, supports escalated issues, and facilitates HR system updates and employee onboarding. It plays a key role in enhancing employee engagement and ensures compliance with HR protocols, contributing to a well-functioning and responsive HR environment. 3. Responsibilities:• Handle Level I HR tickets involving general inquiries and concerns for assigned teams.• Assist with Level II tickets related to compliance, payroll, benefits, and culture.• Administer employee movement including system updates and meeting coordination.• Support onboarding by collecting necessary hire documentation.• Update HR systems and trackers for assigned teams.• Assist with monthly and quarterly audits.• Build and maintain relationships with team leads and managers.• Work with managers to improve employee engagement using ITS CONVERSE.• Conduct performance improvement and disciplinary discussions.• Facilitate new hire orientations for assigned teams.• Process employee loan and equipment requests. 4. Requirements:• Degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology preferred.• Strong technological competency.• Availability to work Eastern or Pacific business hours.• Experience with ticketing systems is advantageous.• Attention to detail.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Strong interpersonal skills.• Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with HR trends.• Home office setup meeting specified technical requirements including computer, internet, audio, mobile device, and webcam.• Strong cultural alignment with the organization’s core values.• Proficiency in English.• Ability to pass behavior and cognitive assessments.• Ability to provide NBI Clearance for Philippine applicants. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay rate starts at $4.08 per hour and may vary based on experience and location. 6.
