General Responsibilities
- Initiates the pre-employment process for new employees and assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting new hire orientation.
- Aid in employee hiring, pre-employment, offboarding, and records maintenance.
- Cover interviews, hiring debriefs, and employee events as requested.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance and performance evaluations.
- Develop a 30-60-90 day review and feedback loop process and implement across the organization.
- Cover employee engagement initiatives to support a positive work culture.
- Aid in Learning and Development programs.
- Perform data entry and reporting as it relates to our HR Information System.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to proactively take initiative.
- Think critically and make decisions confidently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
