Responsibilities
- Aid in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Help organize training sessions and development programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Aid in performance management processes
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and company events
- Aid and backup the operations assistant with scheduling, ordering supplies, and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 1~3 years of HR experience required
- Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent Excel experience is required
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS (e.g., ADP, Rippling, Breezyhr)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to research discrepancies and solve problems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly
- Fluency in Korean is required for this role, as it involves daily communication and close collaboration with our headquarters.
Pay Range
$26 - $32 per hour
