About the role
The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment support.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits and compensation
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Administer payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate company events and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of employment law and regulations
