About the role
The HR & Talent Coordinator at Little Stars Therapy Services is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and employee support. This role plays a critical role in ensuring consistent HR execution through process management, compliance tracking, and timely communication.
Responsibilities
- Supports onboarding logistics
- Manages HR administrative processes
- Handles timekeeping and attendance
- Answers employee inquiries about benefits and employee relations
- Escalates complex or sensitive HR matters
