Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinate drug screens, and complete I9/E-Verify.
• Process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes, obtaining appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS.
• Maintain licensure and certification reports to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
• Process evaluations and keep personnel records up to date.
• Assist with hospital recognition programs and help employees with general Human Resources questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
