About the role
The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting the human resources department.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR services
- Process payroll and generate reports
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Prepare and maintain employee records and files
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Basic understanding of payroll processing

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
