Responsibilities
- Audit and compliance reviews
- Scan various documents and upload to/design appropriate repository
- Support the HRBP team with ad hoc administrative tasks & reporting requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Clear understanding of Content/Records Management systems
- Basic understanding of library systems
- Understanding taxonomy/metadata
- Experience with Content Server or other established records management systems
Qualifications
- Commutes to White Plains, NY
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a credit check
