HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Audit and compliance reviews
• Scan various documents and upload to/design appropriate repository
• Support the HRBP team with ad hoc administrative tasks & reporting requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
• Work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
• Clear understanding of Content/Records Management systems
• Basic understanding of library systems
• Understanding taxonomy/metadata
• Experience with Content Server or other established records management systems

Qualifications

• Commutes to White Plains, NY
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be able to pass a credit check
