We provide a broad range of strategic, financial, operational, and technology-enabled consulting services to the full continuum of care, including hospitals, health systems, medical groups, academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, cancer centers, ambulatory surgery centers, investors, and payers/health plans. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, including HRIS setup
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies, programs, and procedures
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
- Support HR leadership in performance management, promotion, and compensation processes as needed
- Provide first-level employee relations support, including policy interpretation and documentation
- Partner with HR leadership on investigations, performance matters, and conflict resolution as needed
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with I-9 and other regulatory requirements
- Support multi-state compliance processes and audits
- Conduct regular HR data audits to ensure data integrity within HRIS
- Maintain and update HRIS data and ensure accuracy across multiple systems
- Generate and analyze HR reports, including head count, turnover, and compliance tracking
- Maintain HR SharePoint and internal resources with current, accurate information
- Administer employee programs, including wellness, tuition reimbursement, and engagement initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives to enhance employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or organizational development, or a related degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an HR position that required confidentiality, tact, and responsiveness
- Experience managing HR information systems (ADP preferred)
- Progressively increasing responsibilities, exposure, and scope
- Strong project management and organization skills with a demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks/projects
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and an ability to quickly learn and understand other company applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others; viewed as approachable and as a responsive resource for employees and leaders
- Experience in operating with a high level of autonomy
