About the role
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company's HR initiatives, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and other HR matters
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer payroll and benefits systems
- Support HR audits and investigations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
