HR Coordinator

About the role

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company's HR initiatives, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files
• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and other HR matters
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer payroll and benefits systems
• Support HR audits and investigations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
