HR Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, HR systems, and general HR processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and available resources.
- Support escalated employee concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including walking associates through onboarding processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate offboarding activities.
- Administer drug screenings, background checks, and DOT documentation.
- Develop and manage communication trigger points across HR processes.
- Draft and distribute company-wide and targeted HR communications.
- Support messaging for HR initiatives, programs, and organizational updates.
- Audit and maintain HR data including rosters, allocations, and bonus data.
- Ensure accuracy across multiple HR data sources and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity through ongoing review, cleanup, and audit tracking.
- Produce and maintain: Weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, Headcount and allocation reporting, New hire, termination, and position change tracking.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
- With HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Exposure to compliance processes (DOT, background checks, etc.).
- Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams.
