Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Assist with recruitment efforts and scheduling interviews
• Help organize training sessions, compliance tracking, and HR reporting

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR support or coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR)

Pay

Salary: $46,165 – $59,318 annually | 100% on-site and located in Elkhart, Indiana
