Responsibilities
- Aids in the recruitment process.
- Supports New Hire processing such as background checks, employee badging, new hire paperwork, licensing process, etc.
- Drives the onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers.
- Updates employee records in Oracle HRIS.
- Aids employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
- Prepares reports and presentations.
- Captures and coordinates employee engagement events.
- Affords assistance with auditing of HR functions and employee programs.
- Affords assistance with auditing Timekeeping & Attendance programs.
- Affords assistance with the planning and coordination of training programs.
Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- The pay range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- The pay period is bi-weekly.
