Responsibilities

  • Aids in the recruitment process.
  • Supports New Hire processing such as background checks, employee badging, new hire paperwork, licensing process, etc.
  • Drives the onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Updates employee records in Oracle HRIS.
  • Aids employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
  • Prepares reports and presentations.
  • Captures and coordinates employee engagement events.
  • Affords assistance with auditing of HR functions and employee programs.
  • Affords assistance with auditing Timekeeping & Attendance programs.
  • Affords assistance with the planning and coordination of training programs.

Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • The pay range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
  • The pay period is bi-weekly.
