Greeting and Support

Greet all visitors to the HR office and assist with team member questions. Provide guidance and assistance to applicants, team members and leadership as needed.

Benefits Management

  • Aid team members with all questions regarding team member benefits, ensuring customer service standards are maintained and policies are adhered to.
  • Process all new benefits and 401(k) enrollments; verify attainment of all necessary documentation to comply with plan governance and federal regulations.
  • Update and handle distribution of changes, including adding and deleting all coverage changes to appropriate team members.
  • Examine team member records to answer inquiries regarding benefit coverage, payroll premium deductions, and plan provisions.
  • Ensure system accuracy through quarterly coverage audits and notify department management of potential risks.
  • Organize and distribute paperwork in association with eligibility and compliance for benefits and the quarterly audit.

New Hire Processing

  • Input all new hire, transfers, promotions, salary changes, reviews, terms, PAF’s into Infinium.
  • Assist team members in completing online applications when needed.
  • Assist with new hire processing, including greeting, application processing, and making badges.

Recruiting and Onboarding

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate applicant’s experience, skills, presentation, and suitability for current and future openings.
  • Refer qualified applicants to department for further consideration.
  • Cook up and modify reports as needed.
  • Execute software download to the I.D. badge system to update team member records.
  • Generate periodic reports such as transfer, termination reports as required, daily, weekly, or monthly.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain a strict level of confidentiality in all matters of sensitive nature regarding team members or disciplinary actions, appraisals, salary information, and all team member records.
  • Monitor supplies and equipment, review inventory, and place purchasing requisitions to maintain levels of inventory which best meet user and department budget requirements.
  • Attend to all office equipment maintenance.
