HR Coordinator

Salary: $26–$27/hr

About the role

Combine your mission-oriented career search with your Human Resources experience in this HR Coordinator role. Reporting to the HR Consultant, you’ll have full ownership of the organization’s recruitment lifecycle and serve as the point of contact for questions regarding employee benefits. This position is fully on-site.

Responsibilities

• Finalize job descriptions and post open positions
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews
• Manage the pre-employment process, including eligibility documentation
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires
• Back-up payroll processing

Requirements

• 1+ years of HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience
• Experience with onboarding and recruitment
• Proficiency with BambooHR
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication
