Initial Placement

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance in all areas of HR, including employment, communication, team member events and record retention.
  • Handles Team Member questions/requests and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Performs administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, data input and research; preparing reports; ordering office supplies, team member/vendor badges, gaming licensing and renewals, etc.
  • Sources and screens candidates to fill existing and future hourly job openings. This process includes, but is not limited, to, reviewing resumes and applications to ensure job qualifications are met, and coordinating interview schedules for HR and hiring managers.
  • Affords assistance in the coordination and facilitation of On-boarding processes & Orientation for new employees.
  • Maintains an upbeat & positive attitude as well as a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor with all Team Members, applicants and guests.
  • Assists with design and execution of engagement, wellness and retention events.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Ensures the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reports potential issues to management.

Requirements

  • Six months experience in Office Administration;
  • An Associate degree (A.A.) in Human Resources or Business related field;
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service position is required,
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources is preferred.

Skills

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);
  • iCIMS and Ultipro experience a plus.

Pay

Starting Salary: $16.50 to $17.25

Schedule

Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
