HR Coordinator
About the role
The HR Generalist Coordinator II provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day-to-day field HR activities and ensure the successful rollout of HR initiatives to the business. This role supports Human Resources management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Use HR systems to produce reports
- Assist with tracking and administering the recognition program
- Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
- Coordinate the benefits program
- Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for frontline associates in partnership with management
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates
- Connect with a third-party administrator for workers’ compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave
- Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments
Requirements
- 1–2 years in Human Resources preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience supporting a large employee population preferred
