About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Manufacturing Human Resources function and serves as an integral part of the employee experience. This role organizes and manages a wide range of tasks to keep the team running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage the daily job posting and tracking process in alignment with the terms set forth by the collective bargaining unit.
- Lead the overtime planning meeting to document requirements determined by Leadership and post information accurately within the agreed-upon time frame.
- Manage the posting of information and communications on the company's app and other digital displays throughout the plant(s).
- Input and verify employee data in the HRIS system against forms or records.
- Generate and execute basic reports or queries, providing data summaries for analysis or decision-making; validate output against systems.
- Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other HR data.
- Assist in preparing end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
- Support day-to-day operations of the HR Team.
- Maintain team member records, including processing new hire paperwork and team member changes.
- Assist with the attendance program and daily call-ins.
- Actively participate in team member communications and coordinate company and community events.
- Maintain HR-related dashboards and metrics.
- Identify and lead opportunities to streamline processes that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- Experience in Human Resources and HRIS systems required.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Physical Requirements
