Responsibilities
- Assist department Managers in developing forms, processes, and manuals to meet compliance requirements and optimize operations
- Conduct interviews
- Grow and own a roster of caregiver and clinician staff (including HHA/CNAs, RN, LPN, PT, and OT)
- Work closely within the recruitment and orientation processes
- Support the business by streamlining various recruiting portals
- Work with internal teams to manage and market job postings
- Be a reliable source of information and advice on best recruitment practices, processing all recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales
- Provide excellent customer service, answering all office phone calls and directing them to the right extension and person
- Schedule and conduct interviews for caregivers and clinicians within a 30-minute window
- Run searches of exclusions for caregivers and clinicians
- Check references for caregivers
- Complete employment packets
- Review policies with current caregivers and clinicians
- Must be a highly motivated individual, working to optimize internal processes
- Work with department heads to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization
- Maintain employee files
- Help collect expired documents such as TB, car insurance, license, references, licenses, and certificates
- Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed to support marketer and roster growth
- Coordinate company events
