This HR Coordinator will support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities on-site in Everett, WA.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts:
- Schedule interviews and intake meetings
- Enter data into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with internal partners to extend job offers
- Communicate status updates to applicants
- Schedule and deliver tests for safety-sensitive positions and process drug and alcohol program documents
- Present at information sessions and other assigned meetings
- Manage and monitor contingencies like background checks, driving records, references, drug and alcohol requirements, etc.
- Act as a panelist for candidate interviews
- Administer candidate assessment process, including acting as liaison with vendor, communicating results to individuals, and managing tracking and reporting requirements
- Maintain department files and process personnel records that are confidential and sensitive in nature
- Process various other HR-related programs and create information packets
- Provide customer service to employees, candidates, and the general public, including responding to HR-related inquiries in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner
- Answer phones and emails
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, recruiting, scheduling, or human resources experience
- 2+ years of experience handling sensitive, confidential, or privileged information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines and business needs
- Strong organizational, data management, and recordkeeping skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures, business etiquette, and customer service principles
- Understanding of proper procedures for handling confidential documents and records
- Experience fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace environment
- 1+ year of experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or supporting full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms
- Experience hosting Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings, including breakout rooms and presentations
- Experience presenting information to diverse audiences

Pay
$27.05 - $29.69 per hour
