HR Compliance Specialist
Reporting to the Manager HR Compliance and Quality, the HR Compliance Specialist serves as a key contributor in advancing Human Resources compliance initiatives. This role monitors regulatory changes, supports risk mitigation strategies, and collaborates on policy development to ensure alignment with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and employment laws. By partnering across HR and operational teams, the specialist drives compliance education and readiness efforts that foster a culture of integrity and regulatory excellence within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting HR compliance.
- Support risk mitigation strategies related to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate on policy development to ensure alignment with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and employment laws.
- Drive compliance education and readiness efforts across HR and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated exposure to compliance, regulatory audits, and policy development—preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHHR preferred.

Pay
$37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience.
