Allied Universal® is hiring a Process Enhancement Specialist. The Human Resources Process Enhancement Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining implemented solutions and applicable analytics. The Process Enhancement Specialist is responsible for the review of company procedures and forms, producing new and revised documents to ensure compliance with Allied Universal standards as well as federal, state, and local laws governing employment practices and business operations. The Process Enhancement Specialist will also participate in implementation of new human resources technology solutions to eliminate barriers to efficient operations in the corporate and field human resources functions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing procedures and optimize operational effectiveness within the Human Resources organization (I9 processes, onboarding processes and standards, Early Wage Access benefits, etc.)
- Collaborate with various human resources partners to create and maintain training materials, documentation, and flowcharts to document processes
- Regularly audit and maintain content of new hire onboarding documentation across all business units
- Maintenance of Human Resources SharePoint site
