HR Business Partner - Full time, Day, Hybrid

Our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support. HRBPs work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life-cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. HRBPs proactively translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives. HRBPs are extended members of executive and senior leadership and are close advisors to the leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR services to business leaders
- Partner with executives on operational, talent, and talent life-cycle issues
- Address change management, organizational development, and culture initiatives
- Support workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching
- Translate business strategies into HR solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Serve as a close advisor to executive and senior leadership teams
Requirements
- 5 years of HR experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field (preferred)
- Upon hire: Senior Human Resource Professional certification

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50.32 - $79.45 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
