About the role

Our HRBPs provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support. They work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle-related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives.
  • Lead programs and initiatives, champion the organization's culture, and develop practical local solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach leaders to enhance their people-leadership capabilities.
  • Use analytical tools to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the quality of HR service delivery through effective collaboration with shared services and COE specialist teams.

Requirements

  • Possess a deep understanding of the business model, diagnose organizational needs, connect and deploy team capabilities, and consult with customer groups on operational strategies to improve business performance through people.
  • Ability to use analytical tools to inform business decisions.
  • Effective collaboration with shared services and COE specialist teams to ensure the quality of HR service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field preferred.
  • Senior Human Resource Professional upon hire.

Skills

A key requirement of this role is the ability to use analytical tools to inform business decisions. Other skills include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

This position works Hybrid with 3 to 4 days of each week spent working on site in Seattle and the other time spent working remotely.
