Responsibilities
- Supports the organization's strategic objectives through effective HR partnerships
- Collaborates with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR initiatives accordingly
- Provides guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures
- Facilitates communication between employees and management regarding HR matters
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Manages employee relations issues and escalates complex cases to senior leadership
- Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to managers
- Supports the recruitment process by participating in interviews and assessments
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with performance management systems
- Understanding of compensation and benefits administration
- Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
