Responsibilities

  • Supports the organization's strategic objectives through effective HR partnerships
  • Collaborates with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR initiatives accordingly
  • Provides guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitates communication between employees and management regarding HR matters
  • Assists in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Manages employee relations issues and escalates complex cases to senior leadership
  • Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to managers
  • Supports the recruitment process by participating in interviews and assessments
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with performance management systems
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits administration
  • Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
