Responsibilities
- Serves as initial point of advice, problem resolution and facilitation in areas of employee relations, performance management, employee discipline, training and recruiting.
- Maintains and update documents in Oracle HRIS.
- Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures, collective bargaining requirements and employment/labor laws.
- Affords assistance with full-cycle recruitment process including requisitions, Sourcing, attracting and interviewing candidates, facilitating onboarding process, conducting exit interviews.
- Presents partnership with hiring managers in coordinating and facilitating team member recognition programs and team member events.
- Ensures HR support and coverage on all shifts as needed.
- Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist internal and external guests with their needs.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience as HR generalist or equivalent combination of experience.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships and to influence.
