HR Assistant

Responsibilities
- Reconcile HR-focused assistance with recruiting support, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the operating context.
- Coordinate and document consultant role statuses with tracking for HR-focused assistance, maintaining clarity on ownership and progress.
- Review and manage employee records with deadline tracking, ensuring all HR-focused tasks are up-to-date and traceable.
- Document processes and generate reports for HR-focused assistance, leaving a clear audit trail for compliance and workflow management.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring HR administration remains usable and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
