Responsibilities
- Document HR-focused assistance with recruiting support, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
- Maintain and update global events role documentation with status tracking for HR-focused tasks, leaving clear records of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Reconcile employee records with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and traceability in HR administration for event-related workflows.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting, maintaining visibility of HR processes and compliance in event-driven environments.
- Review quality control and workflow management, ensuring HR-focused tasks meet the demands of event management and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Confident use of Strive Global Events Workflow Context and HR Administration tools to support event management and marketing workflows.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in HR-focused workflows.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning is clear and traceable in event-driven contexts.
- Use judgment in follow-up actions, especially when HR tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine documentation, cross-functional coordination, and HR-focused assistance, keeping signals current for seamless transitions.

Position Details
Full-time, entry-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
