But note we shouldn't duplicate benefit info; we already have benefit in About the role. Could also have Benefits section separate. But we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine role description and benefits into About the role. Then we may not need separate Benefits section. However we still have Pay and Schedule separate. Responsibilities: list. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications etc. Skills: Preference etc. Pay: Compensation. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week in office position. We should not include sections like Benefits if we already covered in About the role. But we need to ensure we didn't miss any benefit specifics like leave days etc. Already in About the role. Now we need to remove boilerplate: Job Posting End Date, Note about applications, Estimated Appointment End Date, Full/Part-Time, Job Type, etc. Also remove Physical Demands and Work Environment? That's substantive? It describes work environment; could be included maybe under About the role or a separate section? Not in allowed headings; but we could incorporate into About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably better to include under About the role as additional description. However the instruction says only use those headings; we can still include paragraphs under any heading. So we can add physical demands under About the role as well. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include physical demands and work environment somewhere. Could add a paragraph under About the role after the OMES description. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) to include: - Role enjoyment (leave, benefits) - OMES description - Physical demands and work environment Now Responsibilities bullet list. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications bullet? Actually it's a paragraph with "Bachelor’s degree...; and 1+ years...; or An equivalent combination...". Could be a. Skills: Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience with an ATS, HRIS (Workday preferred), LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools. An enjoyment for talking to people and building relationships. The ability to balance multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities.Employment laws and recruiting best practices knowledge. The ability to be organized, proactive, and detail oriented.Strong problems solving skills. The ability to find creative ways to attract talent. We could make a
- for each skill.
Pay: Compensation Salary up to $60,000.00 based on education and experience.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week in office position.
Also note "* This opening is for two positions, one of which will focus on supporting the OMES Information Services division." That's substantive; could be included under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably under About the role as additional detail.
Also "Technical recruiting experience preferred." That's a skill.
Now we need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content.
Let's construct HTML:

Check for any duplicated content: We included benefit info in About the role; we didn't create separate Benefits section. Good. We omitted boilerplate like Job Posting End Date, Note, Estimated Appointment End Date, Full/Part-Time, Job Type, etc. Also omitted EEO statements, OMES Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Also removed "Current active State of Oklahoma employees must apply..." etc. Also removed "If You Are Needing Any Extra Assistance..." etc. We kept all substantive info: role enjoyment, OMES description, two positions note, physical demands, responsibilities, requirements, skills, pay, schedule. Check if any missing: "Job Details Full-time, 40 hours per week in office position" we covered in schedule. "Support the Human Resources team" maybe part of responsibilities? Not explicitly listed; but we could add a responsibility bullet: "Support the Human Resources team." However the responsibilities list already includes many items; but we could add a bullet. The posting says: "Job Details Full-time, 40 hours per week in office positionSupport the Human Resources teamSalary up to $60,000.00 based on education and experience." Actually the line: "Job Details Full-time, 40 hours per week in office positionSupport the Human Resources teamSalary up to $60,000.00 based on education and experience." It seems missing punctuation. So we should include "Support the Human Resources team" as a responsibility. Let's add a bullet. Also "Job Description As an HR Assistant with OMES you will enjoy: ..." we used. Also "Job Details Full-time, 40 hours per week in office positionSupport the Human Resources teamSalary up to $60,000.00 based on education and experience." We already have schedule and pay. Now check if we missed "Technical recruiting experience preferred." Already in skills. Check "Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Possess Experience with an ATS, HRIS (Workday preferred), LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools." Already in skills. Check "An enjoyment for talking to people and building relationships." Already. Check "The ability to balance multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities." Already. Check "Employment laws and recruiting best practices knowledge." Already. Check "The ability to be organized, proactive, and detail oriented." Already. Check "Strong problems solving skills." Already. Check "The ability to find creative ways to attract talent." Already. Check "Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field; and1+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience; orAn equivalent combination of education and experience." Already. Check "Physical Demands and Work Environment" we included. Check "Note: Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM on the day prior to the posting end date above." removed. Check "Refer to the date listed at the top of this posting, if available. Continuous if date is blank." removed. Check "Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank)" removed. Check "Full/Part-Time Full time" removed. Check "
