Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR-focused assistant tasks with recruiting support, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next actions.
- Review and maintain Travbest role documentation with status tracking, keeping records up-to-date and actionable.
- Document employee records with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain documentation and reporting, providing clear visibility into HR processes and workflows.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, identifying and addressing errors before they impact downstream operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work confidently within the Travbest workflow context and HR administration, supporting the specific needs of a Philippine travel agency and tour operator.
- Strong focus on data accuracy, ensuring evidence and deadlines are not overlooked.
- Proficiency in documenting process compliance and issue escalation, maintaining clear reasoning and traceability.
- Judgment in follow-up, particularly when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
