Responsibilities
- Reconcile HR-focused administrative tasks with recruiting support, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
- Coordinate and document Elevare branding role materials with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Review and manage employee records with deadline tracking, ensuring accuracy and traceability in the operating environment.
- Document processes and generate reports to support HR administration, leaving clear audit trails for all actions.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring HR tasks are traceable, unresolved items have owners, and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

- Document process compliance and escalate issues clearly, ensuring reasoning is transparent within the operating context.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when HR tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Combine follow-up, branding documentation, and quality control to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Position Details
This is a full-time, entry-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
