About the role

You will oversee both HR/talent-acquisition functions and day-to-day office administration, ensuring a safe, productive, and welcoming workplace that aligns employees with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain all interior and exterior office elements: furniture, workstations, air-conditioning, seating, safety systems, disaster-recovery plans, and other logistics.
  • Provision office amenities for employees and clients: drinking water, refrigerator, tea/coffee, clocks, lighting, etc.
  • Equip employees with laptops, mobile devices, landline phones, monitors, peripherals, internet, CCTV, power backup, backpacks, printers, lockers, stationery, and related supplies.
  • Arrange performance-based, joining, and motivational gift items for employees.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, plan recreational activities, supervise employee behavior, resolve internal and third-party conflicts, and manage hiring, onboarding, training, overtime, travel, payroll, attendance, leave, and holiday schedules.
  • Maintain office hygiene, ventilation, clean desks, wall paint, and a healthy work culture that fosters employee progression and growth.
  • Model commitment, work ethics, and personal character for the team.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, responsible resource use, and adherence to budgetary controls and organizational policies.
  • Interact with suppliers and customers, handle purchases for quality and cost-effectiveness, and help the organization achieve industry-recognition standards (e.g., ISO).
  • Manage content such as videos, images, and documents.
  • Lead strategic and operational planning, develop center initiatives, and improve program and service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, statutory, and professional regulations and guidelines.
  • Prevent misuse of office premises, machinery, and amenities; ensure safety, productivity, and quality in all operations.
  • Review work for procedural compliance and deadline adherence.
  • Maintain accurate records (expenses, training, attendance), basic accounts, and GST filings.
  • Host and manage client visits; serve as a brand ambassador for the company, its culture, and the country.
  • Delegate authority and responsibility to team members with appropriate supervision, accountability, and reviews.
  • Keep technical skills and qualifications current through regular training and updates.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a leading role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Linux, LibreOffice, and LinkedIn.
