About the role
This is an in-office role in Kansas City, Missouri. Curious about a career with NorthPoint? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to play a key role on our HR Team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Maintain recruiting systems, job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting data to ensure accurate reporting, timely communication, and an efficient hiring process.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, coordinating interviews and travel logistics as needed, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Cook up recruiting events and career fairs, assist with candidate outreach and engagement, and support the processing of offers, promotions, and transfers through accurate and timely documentation.
- Manage proactive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking initiatives to help build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Work alongside HR team to support overall people initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Able to travel for recruiting events.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
