About the Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Associate role supports the recruitment efforts for the Elastic Government Solutions team focused on US Public Sector hiring. This position is responsible for building diverse talent pipelines, identifying qualified candidates, and managing interview logistics. The role directly contributes to the organization's ability to attract and secure talent needed to advance its government-focused solutions and mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines for Field Operations roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
  • Manage candidate data and pipeline activities within ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics regularly.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion by sourcing from underrepresented groups.
  • Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interviews across different time zones.
  • Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech or operations environment.
  • Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles.
  • Familiarity with USPS or similar public sector roles is a strong plus.
  • Ability to identify and engage top talent using creative sourcing methods.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, and ATS systems like Greenhouse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent calendar management and scheduling abilities.
  • Collaborative and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive candidate information.

Pay and Compensation

  • Compensation is provided in the form of base salary without a variable component.
  • Salary ranges vary by location and are determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
  • The role is eligible to participate in the organization's stock program and includes a company-matched 401(k) plan.
