Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, garnishments, audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS maintenance, promotions, transfers, leave administration, and terminations.
• Administer benefits activities including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment support, workers' compensation, and employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records within Paylocity, prepare HR and payroll reports, support compliance initiatives, and ensure audit readiness.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR and payroll questions while providing administrative support for HR programs, vendor payments, employment verifications, and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Payroll Administration, or a related HR support role.
• Experience processing payroll and working with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity preferred), along with strong Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information in a deadline-driven, compliance-focused environment.

Pay

$65,000 - $70,000
