Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Aid in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Celebrate recruitment activities and manage interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Respond to employee HR inquiries
- Administer benefit programs and validate documentation
- Prepare HR reports, forms, and internal communications
- Organize HR meetings, training, and events
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
