HR Administrator – 6-months (fixed-term) contract , Central Time Keeping

About the role

Amazon’s Central Tim Keeping Support team is seeking a customer-focused professional to join their dynamic environment. The ideal candidate excels in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role specializes in handling time-offs, balances, and other time and attendance issues for Amazon employees, applicants, and candidates globally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and check data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs only for employees working in Germany
• Process, check, and maintain all personal and billing-related data in our human resources information systems
• Create, track, and control evaluations and statistics
• Process inquiries from employees, managers, and HR departments
• Participate in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ months of human resources experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR processes and systems
• Experience with the following systems: MyTime, OnBase, ICIMS, HireRight, SalesForce, PeoplePortal, FCLM, Labor Scheduler, AMP tool, Ticketing
• Experience operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets
• Experience in development or technical support
